SERVICES_SCOPE

SnapAid Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), content strategy, paid advertising management (PPC), branding and visual identity, email marketing, and video production.

CLIENT_SCOPE

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon in a separate written service agreement or proposal between SnapAid Media and the client.

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle and are due within seven (7) days of the invoice date
Project-based engagements typically require a deposit of 50% upon agreement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as otherwise specified
Ad spend budgets are separate from our service fees and are managed directly through the client's own advertising accounts
Late payments may result in a pause in service delivery until outstanding invoices are settled

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access required for the delivery of services and to review and approve content and strategies within the timelines specified in the service agreement.
